What we do
Catherine’s Care Center, in its main activity, functions much like a primary care physician’s office. Patients call to schedule appointments, they undergo examinations, and a plan is formed for their care and treatment.
Because our patients are low-income, Catherine’s staff helps them obtain prescription drugs through manufacturers’ indigent patient assistance programs. Often they are given donated sample medications.
Sometimes patients are referred to medical specialists or to one of the major hospitals in our area for advanced care.
Catherine’s offers the on-site ancillary services of a physical therapist and a massage therapist. Despite our meager facility and budget, our patients receive care on a par with any in our community.
