4th Annual Creston Car Show
Saturday, September 6, 2008, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
with a cruise to the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans
(on Monroe Avenue) at 3:00 p.m.
Show is along Plainfield Avenue
(North of Spencer Street and South of Sweet Street)

Automobiles of all different types will be shown off:
Classics, hot rods, antiques, muscle, rare, special interest, customs, motorcycles, imports and 4x4's.

Show is FREE for spectator. Cost is $15-20 if you want to register a vehicle for the car show.

Walking program
Starts again on Monday, September 22, 2008 and continues until the end of April!
Mondays and Thursdays, 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Kent Hills Elementary School, 1445 Emerald NE

The program, which will be in its sixth year, provides a safe, social atmosphere for walking exercise and has GRCC student nurses as volunteers. Call (616) 336-8800 for more information.
